Anxiety and panic attacks affect millions of people world wide. If you suffer from this debilitating condition then you are not alone and I know exactly how you feel because it controlled me for over ten years. I’m glad to say I’m over it and I’d like to share with you some of the things I’ve learned on the way and how I cured my panic attacks.

Although I do still suffer from some mild anxiety it is nothing compared to a full blown panic attack. Mild anxiety can be very easily lived with, leaving you the one in control and not the other way around. Ordinary anxiety does not stop you doing anything. Millions of people suffer from it with no problems, only when it turns into a panic attack it’s a different story. Allow it go on for too long and it soon takes you over, having a massive effect on your everyday life.

You can lose friends, avoid going out and in severe cases become agoraphobic, all these things helping to dig a hole deeper and deeper, making it harder to overcome when you spend your entire life fearing the “fear.” It’s an extremely unpleasant situation to be in but it doesn’t need to be this way. The first thing you need to do is to understand what causes a panic attack. It isn’t always easy but anyone can overcome panic attacks.

Throughout these pages I am going to share with you my story along with some of the things I’ve figured out and how the Linden Method played a big part in my recovery.

Many anxiety sufferers do either nothing or all the wrong things to help with their condition. I spent years simply hoping it would go away on it’s own (it did for a little while, you can read about it in my story ) but the reality is it will probably always haunt you unless you take action. Simply doing something about it has been enough to rid many sufferers of their panic attacks for good, in a very short period of time. Charles Linden claims that some people have read through his book just once and not had a panic attack since. That seems like a wild claim but I know it’s true because I am one of those people. For some it might not be so easy and will require a little bit more effort. I personally think it’s down to your own mind set, some may need more willpower than others.
